I’m Malu, the founder of AP22. For years I ran multiple businesses at the same time and saw the same pattern everywhere: teams drowning in repetitive tasks, operations stretched thin, managers burned out, and businesses losing time and margin simply because no one had the capacity to fix the underlying systems.
I built AP22 because I lived that problem from the inside. I’ve been the founder who tried to scale with manual processes, constant hiring, endless training, and the feeling that everything would fall apart the second someone took a holiday or made a mistake. I knew there had to be a better way.
